This website is the property of Macoga las Bardenas S.L., registered in the Mercantile Registry of Zaragoza, volume 3143, folio 164, sheet Z-36973 1ª with CIF B 99031494.

Each member declares that they have full capacity to use credit cards and that they have sufficient funds to cover all the costs resulting from the purchase of products through Macoga.es.

It is essential that you write your shipping and/or billing address correctly and without errors. An error in the postal code can be a real nuisance when delivering a package. Most transport companies follow this code.

In all the products you choose there is a general description of it, if that is not enough, you can always contact us via e-mail macoga@macoga.es or by phone +34 976 677 865 asking for more information. The information on each product will depend on the chosen product and as much information as possible will always be included. If you want a personalized invoice you have to let us know by email.

By pressing the button "Place the order" during the purchase process, the member declares to fully and unreservedly accept all of these General Conditions of Sale.

Macoga.es will confirm your order by sending an email. Macoga.es reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be billed based on the rates in force at the time the orders are registered (subject to the availability of the product).

The products remain the property of the supplier until the full payment of the price has been made.

Macoga.es reserves the right to refuse an order from any member with whom it has a dispute.

Payment

It is always done in advance. Once we receive the receipt, we organize everything so that your order arrives as soon as possible and in the best conditions.

You can make the payment by bank transfer: The payment method is via transfer. The buyer makes a transfer to our account number, which will be provided once the order is placed, for the amount of the products plus shipping costs, always in advance. Once the transfer has been made, a copy of it will be sent via fax or e-mail to Macoga.

delivery and transportation

We are the first interested in that the products you buy reach you in perfect condition, we take care of a solid and professional packaging that avoids claims.

All parcels will travel through the express transport agency SEUR or a similar transport company. Macoga.es will ask its users to choose the place of delivery, specifying their address, office or center where they want the product to be delivered.

All our small parcel shipments travel through SEUR. Once the proof of the bank transfer has been received, our logistics department starts up and you will receive your order within 72 hours if there are no other problems such as lack of stock, local holidays or similar problems. Some special products are on request, those products mention in their files the special delivery period.

Transportation costs will be at the buyer's expense. They will be calculated according to the characteristics of the shipment, such as weight, volume and distance. Macoga will contact the customer to break down the costs and the method of shipment.

For deliveries of orders in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the user will contact Macoga via email macoga@macoga.es or by calling +34 976 677 865. We will make an adapted proposal.

Each delivery is considered to have been made from the time the product is made available to the customer by the carrier, materialized by the control system used by the carrier. It is up to the recipient to check the order at the time of delivery and then make all reservations and claims that appear justified.

Return

All products sold may be returned within 7 business days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Retail Trade Law.

Previously, the member must indicate his intention by email. Macoga.es will reply specifying the precise instructions for returning the product. Return costs will be borne by the customer.

The refund in the customer's account as a result of this return, will be made within 7 days from receipt of the goods by Macoga.es The return may not take place in any case if the products supplied were manifestly subject to use.

Products must imperatively be returned properly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled by the customer) with all accessories, instructions and documentation. They will be sent to the place specified by Macoga.es in the precise instructions for the return of the product sent by email.

Packages that do not include any attached element that allows the sender to be identified (order number, name, address,...) cannot be returned.

The expenses and risks related to the return of the product will be borne by the sender, who must send them safely and with the necessary guarantees so that the returned merchandise arrives in perfect condition.

The return of the products will give rise to a refund equal to the purchase price of the returned product(s) and the transportation costs charged on the shipment.

Anyone who returns their product will receive an email informing them of the amount of their refund.

Liability, litigation and applicable law

Macoga.es cannot be held responsible for the breach of the contract concluded in the event of stock outage or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disturbance or total or partial strike, in particular, of postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flood or fire. In case of litigation, the member will go first to Macoga to obtain an amicable solution.

The Courts of Zaragoza are the only competent ones. These general conditions of sale will be interpreted in Spanish and will be carried out in accordance with Spanish law. Any disagreement that may arise due to its validity, its interpretation or its execution will be presented to the Courts of Zaragoza, to which exclusive jurisdiction is expressly attributed.

Modification of the general conditions of sale Macoga.es reserves the right to modify the general conditions of sale without prior notice, being able to change, delete or add both the content and services provided through it and the way in which these appear to be presented or located on their servers.
