Maximum efficiency with less than 6% dry matter.

Bearing in mind that pig slurry in fattening does not exceed 5% solids and in sows 3%, this allows for a first roughing in the pre-filter ramp with which up to 60% of the liquid can be removed, without energy costs or wear on the separator; this represents a reduction in separation costs of 60%.

The Kompack® equipment we have designed, whether for pig or cattle slurry (cleaning with water), allows this saving in separation costs and also favours the good functioning of the separator, as it is fed with a much more homogeneous mixture from the chute.
